Our Yasawas kayak tour takes in four of Fiji's northern Yasawa Islands. This week long South Pacific sea kayaking holiday starts in the Blue Lagoon. We spend two nights as honoured guests in a traditional Fijian village and then kayak to a secluded uninhabited desert island where we camp for two nights. We enjoy spectacular tropical sunsets, white sandy beaches fringed with swaying coconut palms, cathedral-like limestone caves and snorkeling over exquisite coral reefs.

Southern Sea Ventures has operated Fiji sea kayak tours in the Yasawas since 1988, exploring the area thoroughly and developing enduring friendships with local villagers. Our deep knowledge of the area means that we make the best of every opportunity, fine tuning our paddling itineraries to take best advantage of the weather or events in village life. As well as our scheduled departures, we also offer private departures for clubs, families, groups of friends, or honeymoon trips.

We use fibreglass and plastic expedition sea kayaks, rather than inflatables or sit-on-tops. This allows us to paddle in a variety of weather conditions and to carry all our gear, letting us get well off the beaten track.
